Allison is the Founder and Director of Evergreen Counseling, a Licensed Independent Social Worker, and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Ashford University and her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. Allison works with children, teens, and adults in a safe, comfortable space where empathy and compassion meet practical guidance tailored to each client's unique story. Whether working with moms navigating the everyday challenges of parenthood, parents of special needs children seeking support, or individuals dealing with mental health concerns, she creates an environment where clients feel truly heard. She is passionate about neurodivergence and understands how long waitlists for Autism and ADHD evaluations can be. Allison offers assessments and diagnoses for adolescents and adults because she believes timely validation and understanding of neurodivergence can be truly empowering. She's also an advocate for animal therapy and provides ESA assessments for those who might benefit. Allison's approach is solution-focused, warm, and creative. She draws from CBT, DBT, and strength-based modalities to meet clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to be. When she's not in the therapy chair, Allison spends time on her small country homestead with her family and pets—reading, grilling out, and tending to her garden.

Maya is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides virtual therapy in a space that is warm and supportive. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and has experience working with children, teens, and adults. Maya works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and neurodivergence, with a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults. She supports individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, are overwhelmed by anxiety or constant overthinking, or are trying to better understand how their brain works, creating an environment where clients feel truly heard and supported. She creates a space where clients can show up as themselves without pressure or judgment, recognizing that even reaching out to start therapy can feel intimidating. Maya takes a flexible approach, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, including CBT, person-centered, and emotion-focused therapy, to support each client in a way that fits them best. She will soon be trained in EMDR to deepen her work in trauma-informed care. She values both processing and practical tools, helping clients make sense of their experiences while also building strategies they can use in their day-to-day lives. Maya is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that feel affirming, realistic, and individualized. She recognizes that not every strategy works for every brain and tailors her approach to find what truly fits for each client. Through telehealth services, Maya offers a flexible and accessible option for clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space. Outside of her work, Maya enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, caring for her plants, reading, cooking, and baking sourdough.
